Description | The human sCD44var (v5) ELISA is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative detection of human sCD44var (v5) |
Specificity | This assay recognizes both natural and recombinant forms of the CD44var (v5) molecule. The interference of circulating factors of the immune system was evaluated by spiking these proteins at physiologically relevant concentrations into a human CD44var (v5) positive serum. There was no crossreactivity detected, namely not with human CD44 polypeptides lacking the protein sequence encoded by exon 5 |
