| Application Notes | DNA purification from PCR samples. This protocol is designed to purify single or double stranded DNA fragments from PCR and other enzymatic reactions. Fragments ranging from 100 bp to 10 kb can be purified from primers, nucleotides and salt using QuickChip DNA purification kit If the eluted DNA need to be more concentrated, the DNA can be eluted in as little as 20 ul of nuclease-free water. |
