InnovaCoat® GOLD - Hydrazide 40nm Antibody Labeling Kit Summary

• Description: Ultra stable InnovaCoat GOLD particles functionalized with hydrazide groups permit the quick and easy attachment of antibodies. The kit allows to gently oxidize the sugars on the Fc region of the antibodies and convert them to aldehydes. The aldehydes react with the hydrazide groups on the coated gold to form stable hydrazone bonds. The two antigen binding arms are therefore orientated in space, which may lead to enhanced assay performance (please refer to the diagram below).
