Applications/Dilutions

Dilutions
  • Functional
Application Notes
Lipopolysaccharides (LPSs) are characteristic components of the cell wall of Gram-negative bacteria. LPS and its lipid A moiety stimulate cells of the innate immune system by the Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), a member of the Toll-like receptor protein family, which recognizes common pathogen-associated molecular-patterns (PAMPs). Use in Functional reported in scientific literature (PMID: 26121241)

FAQs for LPS from E. Coli, TLR4 ligand (NBP2-25295). (Showing 1 - 1 of 1 FAQs).

  1. I want to use flow cytometry to quantify dendritic cells in lung tissue. Do you know the protocol for using LPS NBP2-25295 as a stimulant for dendritic cells? Is it similar to an overnight stimulation of PMA/ionomycin for T cells?
    • For this product we suggest looking at the publications to see what they did. The publication listed used 10ug/ml and incubated for 12hrs.
