• Immunogen: LPS-EB is a standard lipopolysaccharide (LPS) preparation. It was extracted by a phenol-water mixture. LPS-EB contains other bacterial components, such as lipopeptides, and therefore stimulates both TLR4 and TLR2.
• Specificity: TLR4 and TLR2 agonist. LPS from E. coli O111:B4

Applications/Dilutions

• Application Notes: Activation of TLR4. Stimulation of TLR4 has been achieved with 0.5 to 5 ug/ml.
