Western Blot: Myeloid-Associated Differentiation Marker Antibody [NBP2-24494] - Total protein from mouse spleen, rat spleen and human stomach was separated on a 12% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/ml anti-Myeloid Associated Protein in block buffer and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using West Pico PLUS chemiluminescence detection reagent.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Myeloid-Associated Differentiation Marker Antibody [NBP2-24494] - Immunohistochemical labeling was performed on formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded liver tissue microarrays. Data show 6 different sections (3 each from non-cancerous and cancer tissues). The MYADM antibody was used at 1:400 dilution.
