NovaLume Femto Chemiluminescent Substrate (HRP) may be used for any ELISA application utilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates. The substrate can be used with various blocking buffers. Detection and analysis requires a chemiluminometer. |

Notes
NovaLume Femto Chemiluminescent Substrate (HRP) shelf life is 18 months when stored in the dark at 2C to 8C. These reagents are stable for 30 to 45 days after mixing at 2C to 8C. Keep container tightly closed. Store away from heat or light. The substrate is supplied as two components.
