Specificity
This monoclonal antibody is an excellent marker for human cells in xenographic model research. It reacts specifically with human cells. It is a part of a new panel of reagents, which recognizes subcellular organelles or compartments of human cells. These markers may be useful in identification of these organelles in cells, tissues, and biochemical preparations. monoclonal antibody 235-1 recognizes an antigen associated with the nuclei in human cells. It can be used to stain the nuclei in cell or tissue preparations and can be used as a nuclear marker in subcellular fractions. It produces a speckled pattern in normal and malignant cells and may be used to stain the nuclei of cells in fixed or frozen tissue sections. It can also be used with paraformaldehyde fixed frozen tissue or cell preparations.

FAQs for Nuclear Antigen Antibody (NBP2-34342). (Showing 1 - 2 of 2 FAQs).
Is this antibody good for Immunofluorescence in formalin fixed tissues?
This product has been tested in both ICC and IHC with frozen tissues. For both the ICC and IHC protocol, our lab uses 4% paraformaldehyde fixation. So this product should work fine with formalin fixation methods as well.
Please help us to confirm the Molecular Weight of Human Nuclear Antigen(NBP2-34342)
NBP2-34342 is a human nuclear antigen antibody in which nuclei of human myeloid leukemia biopsy cells were used for immunization. This antibody has not been validated for WB, so this will not be guaranteed, however the Molecular Weight of Antigen is described as: 70kDa & 80kDa.
