Alternate Names for pCL-MFG-LacZ Retrovirus Reporter Vector
Background
The pCL-MFG-LacZ reporter vector is a part of the RetroMax expression system. It contains a full-length bacterial Beta- galactosidase (lacZ) under the control of the murine LTR (1). This plasmid can be co-transfected with any of the retroviral packaging vector, pCL-Eco, pCL-Ampho and pCL-10A1 to check the efficiency of transfection and retrovirus production. The expression of LacZ can be monitored using Beta-galactosidase assay kits. Sequence for this vector is not available.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Support products are
guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt.
