• Details of Functionality: HeLa S-100 Fraction can be used to demonstrate Ubiquitin-proteasome-dependent substrate degradation or conjugation. Reaction conditions will need to be optimized for each specific application. We recommend an initial HeLa S-100 Fraction concentration of 0.5-4 mg/mL. Additionally, we recommend the inclusion of an isopeptidase inhibitor and a proteasome inhibitor when investigating substrate conjugation.
