Immunogen | Streptavidin. |
Specificity | No cross-reactivity with egg white avidin. Binds with high efficiency with different epitopes of streptavidin molecule. Binds to the streptavidin without interfering with the biotin-binding reaction. |
Isotype | IgG1 |
Clonality | Monoclonal |
Host | Mouse |
Purity | Protein A purified |

Application Notes | Can be used to localize streptavidin, to amplify signals in immunochemistry, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, flow cytometry and immunoblotting. These mouse anti-streptavidin MAbs applied to the ABC complex, previously bound to the second antibody system allow for further enhancement of signal when anti-mouse antibody conjugate is added. MAbs are effective in immunoadsorbtion procedures of streptavidin - biotinylated protein complexes. WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Predicted molecular weight: 19 kDa. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. |
