TXNDC5 Antibody

Western Blot: TXNDC5 Antibody [NB100-1452] - Staining of HEK293 (A), A549 (B), HeLa (C) with antibody at 0.1 ug/mL and of HepG2 (D) cell lysate with antibody at 0.01 ug/mL (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: TXNDC5 Antibody [NB100-1452] - Analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed U2OS cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL), showing endoplasmic reticulum staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL).

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TXNDC5 Antibody [NB100-1452] - Staining of paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine. Antibody at 3.75 ug/mL. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.

Flow Cytometry: TXNDC5 Antibody [NB100-1452] - Analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/mL). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
