Stained with rabbit anti-cytokeratin (AE1/AE3) and mouse anti-desmin Abs, detected simultaneously with VectaFluor Duet Double Labeling Kit. Vasculature detected using DyLight 649 UEA I lectin (purple). Mounted in VECTASHIELD PLUS.
