1. I have a question about the sample blank on page 5. step 2. Sample Blank (50uL sample + 2 uL EDTA) Is this a diluted serum sample (1:5 with H2O) as mentioned for patient sample preparation in the above paragraph? Does this dilution to create the sample blank (50ul sample + 2 uL EDTA) need to be an exact measurement? How important is it to get exactly 2uL? Or is it a minimum of 2 uL?
   • The sample referenced in step 2 of page 5 is in reference to the water diluted serum/plasma described in the paragraph above. Abnova lists precise instructions in their protocols, so the 2.0ul of EDTA should be as exact as possible.
