We do ask that you do not return any products before first receiving a return authorization from our Technical Support Team. Products are guaranteed and may be returned under the Novus Guarantee Program for up to 1 year after the purchase of the product. (Please note this is product type specific, so please read our Novus Guarantee for more details). For returns due to customer error please contact our Customer Service Team. Products needing to be returned for non-technical (wrong product, cracked vial, short fill, etc) reasons must be returned within 10 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization prior to returning the product.
