Background
CCR6 is a Chemokine Receptor that is activated by MIP3alpha/Larc binding. CCR6 has been shown to be upregulated in psoriatic skin. CCR6 has been reported to be expressed in intestine, colon, liver, lymph node, spleen, lung, blood, umbilical cord, placenta, skin, and pancreas. It has also been reported to be expressed in lymphocytes, T cells, and B cells but not in natural killer cells, monocytes, or granulocytes from spleen, lymph node, appendix, and fetal liver. ESTs have been isolated from liver/spleen, lymph, and fetal lung/testis/B cell libraries.

FAQs for CCR6 Antibody (NLS356). (Showing 1 - 1 of 1 FAQ).
I am looking for an anti-bovine CCR6 antibody and I see your antibody below was raised in goat so may cross react. Do you know if it can be used in cattle for flow cytometry? CCR6 Antibody (NB100-713)
Unfortunately, the species that the antibody is made in is no indicator of the species it will react to. In this case, the immunogen for NB100-713 shares just 57% similarity with bovine CCR6, so this antibody will almost certainly not cross-react with bovine. In this case, the immunogens for NLS356 and NBP1-88565 shares 79% similarity with bovine and have the highest chance of cross-reactivity of any antibodies we carry, although this is still below the 85% that we generally prefer to recommend for cross-reactivity. These are the best two we currently have for your species.
