Background

Recombinant Human IFN-Beta produced from E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated human Interferon Beta -1b polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 18.51 kDa. The Interferon Beta gene was cloned from human fibroblasts. IFN-Beta is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
