Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CapH2 antibody NBP1-28723 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. CapH2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CapH2 antibody NBP1-28682. For blotting immunoprecipitated CapH2, NBP1-28723 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
