Application Notes | In Western Blot, a band is seen approx. 12 kDa representing the SLIRP protein. May see additional bands above 45 kDa. In ICC/IF, staining of the mitochondria was observed in U2OS cells. In IHC-P, cytoplasmic and mitochondrial staining was observed in mouse intestine tissue. In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point.
