Description | The mouse TNF-alpha ELISA is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative detection of mouse TNF-alpha. |
Specificity | The assay detects both natural and recombinant mouse TNF alpha. The interference of circulating factors of the immune systemwas evaluated by spiking these proteins at physiologically relevant concentrations into mouse IL-10 positive serum. There was no crossreactivity detected. |
