ERF Antibody

Western Blot: ERF Antibody [NBP2-16366] - Whole cell extract (30 ug) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ERF antibody (GTX114971) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ERF Antibody [NBP2-16366] - HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: ERF stained by ERF antibody diluted at 1:500. Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100. Scale bar= 10um.

Background

Members of the ETS family of transcription factors, such as ERF, regulate cell proliferation and differentiation. They share a highly conserved DNA-binding domain, the ETS domain, that recognizes the sequence GGAA/T (de Castro et al., 1997 [PubMed 9192842]).
